12/12/12 – The Last Sequential Date in Your Lifetime

Today is December 12, 2012 – a. k. a. 12/12/12 – the last sequential date any alive today will likely ever live through again.

Knowing this caused me to pause and reflect a bit today: how am I going to live the years between now and the end of my life? Will I use them wisely, or will I waste them?

This old poem comes to mind:

Just one life;
‘Twill soon be passed.
Only what’s done,
For Christ will last.

How do you plan to use your time wisely this week?
