Wes, I always love when you post a blog link for one reason: it’s good and it makes me think. It’s a great thing – servant leadership. The first shall be last is a very foreign concept to 21st Century America. I must reluctantly admit that as a leader, I often want to be served, but Jesus was clear in setting the pace for His people:
“For the Son of man did not come to be served but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many” (Matt. 20:28).
This Upside-Down Kingdom was not received well in His day, and it’s not received well in ours.
